Recycled Alfa + is a sturdy, recycled HTPLA + with an enormous ease of printing.

AlfaPlus is a functional PLA with special additives that ensure excellent mechanical properties and temperature resistance up to 110 ° C. This filament prints very easily, does not warp and is resistant to temperatures of 110 ° C after firing (annealing). In addition, Alfa + is an environmentally conscious choice.

AlfaPlus from FiloAlfa is the most versatile filament on the market and costs only € 26.00 per 1KG spool. AlfaPlus prints as PLA and has the special properties of ABS.

All filament residues from start and end work in extrusion, rejected batches and reels are reused. This filament "waste" is then shredded, dried and re-extruded. The filament gets a new life as VITA NOVA filament.

This reuse has enormous positive consequences for producer, consumer and the climate. Vita Nova filament has a very low ecological footprint for an identical product.

VITA NOVA filaments have identical mechanical and chemical properties as the filaments made from "virgin" material. Only the color differs from batch to batch due to the mixing of all colors from gray to black.

Filoalfa presents the new sustainable line: Ethica

FiloAlfa firmly believes in the circular economy as a new development paradigm inspired by sustainability and innovation.

The commitment to sustainability for FiloAlfa, which has been involved in the extrusion of plastics for more than 40 years, is therefore reflected in supporting the circular economy of plastics, but also in the conscious use of bioplastics.

With this vision, the FILOALFA® ETHICA line was born: a line of filaments for 3D printing entirely dedicated to the development of materials designed with durability in mind.
