ASA 275 hardly shrinks and therefore has very little warping compared to regular ASA
ASA 275 is modified ASA: the additions ensure less shrinkage when the material cools and a better layer adhesion, making ASA 275 very easy to print without a heated chamber.
You can print ASA 75 at relatively high speeds with simple printer settings

Printing with ASA 275:
- Working Temperature: 200 - 240°C
- Heated bed: 40 - 60°C
- Print speed: 40 - 200mm/sec.
- Part cooling fan: 0 - 20%
- Bed attachment: Yes
- *An enclosure is recommended for printing larger objects
- Diameter: 1.75mm
- Weight: 1 KG
Features ASA 275:
- Hardly any shrinkage, so relatively little warping and good layer adhesion
- Good impact resistance
- UV resistant
- Resistant to moisture and weather influences
- Excellent mechanical properties
- Flexible yet rigid
- Stylish matte print surface
- Heat resistant up to 86°C
- Flame retardant according to UL94 HB standard
ABS vs ASA:
ASA is harder, UV and weather resistant, stiffer, etc. In fact, ASA is better than ABS on all fronts. ASA is widely used for industrial applications, automotive and outdoor objects because of its hardness, but also because it is fairly flexible, despite the fact that the material is very stiff. ASA is therefore particularly versatile and is extremely suitable for printing functional 3D objects.
