Fluorodur is a particularly versatile polymer and therefore suitable for you to create many useful objects on your 3D printer.
Fluorodur is made from polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) from Kynar® PVDF by Arkema.
This filament has a special mechanical and chemical resistance, is resistant to weather influences, rock hard, stiff and strong. In addition, it is extremely wear-resistant, flame-retardant and is temperature resistant up to 140°C

3D printing with Fluorodur:
- Working Temperature: 250 - 270°C
- Heated bed: +100°C
- Printing speed: 20 - 40 mm/sec.
- Raft/skirt/brim: Use a large brim
- Part cooling fan: NO, to avoid bad layer adhesion; only with overhangs/bridges 15%
- Use a brass nozzle
- Bed surface: Glass/Mirror
- Bed adhesion: Dimafix Pen, PVA glue
- Enclosure: Recommended
