With Carbonio you print high-quality, mechanical parts that must be particularly strong.
Due to the long carbon fibers, Carbonio has an enormous tensile strength. Nylon PA 12 has a low hygroscopic value and that means that this nylon variant absorbs little moisture; you do not have to pre-dry this nylon filament.
Printing Carbonio:
- Working Temperature: 230 - 250°C
- Heated bed: 85 - 105°C
- Cooling fan: 0 - 40%
- Printing speed: 40 - 50 mm/sec.
- Bed Surface: Glass, PEI, LockPad
- Bed adhesive: 3DLAC, stick, PVA glue, Magigoo PA
- Pre drying: NO
* NB: Carbon wears your regular hot end and nozzle breaks: Therefore always use our Hercules hard steel nozzle!
