The Zodiac CRB V6 nozzle provides a visible quality improvement of your 3D prints and is suitable for any filament type; even for metal and carbon filled filament.
Zodiac nozzles have an unprecedented lifespan and performs up to the extreme temperature of 450°C. In addition to the regular PLA, ABS, PETG and TPU, the Zodiac Nozzle is also suitable for industrial filaments such as PEEK.
Due to the special shape and the low friction coefficient, no filament residues remain on the inside of the nozzle, even with extremely long printing times. Due to this low resistance, an optimal flow is achieved which ensures the perfect extrusion and a flawless 3D printing process.
Every nozzle is treated with a high heat conductive composite of 925 silver particles to ensure the best heat transfer.
At the end of the process, each Zodiac nozzle is checked by hand to ensure perfect quality.

There are 2 versions of the Zodiac nozzle:
- Zodiac CRB: Allround, rock hard, low friction in the nozzle, temperature resistance up to 450°C, wear resistant
- Zodiac PRO: Hardest available nozzle, low friction in the nozzle, temperature resistance up to 600°C, least wear
How are Zodiac nozzles produced?
A nozzle does not become a Zodiac nozzle until it has gone through an 8-step production process. The base is made of tool steel and is vacuum-hardened 3 times. Then the nozzle is refined with a bi-layer coating and hardened to 3500 HV; and that is very hard!
Zodiac nozzles are tested according to DIN EN ISO 1071-2 and VDI 3198 standards.
