Polymaker Polymide PA6-CF is a carbon filled nylon 3D printer filament. PA12 hardky absorps any moisture.

Polymaker's Warp Free Technology makes this nylon filament easy to 3D print.

Polymide is a related material to nylon and polyamide filament. Polymide PA6-CF filament is comparable to regular nylon in terms of industrial and technical properties.

In addition to warp free technology, Polymaker also uses Fiber Adhesion ™ technology; this ensures maximum mutual adhesion of the print layers.

Pros of Polymaker Polymide PA12-CF:

  • Warp-Free ™ technology for minimal warping
  • Fiber Adhesion ™ technology for optimal layer adhesion
  • Strong & stiff
  • Resistance to extreme temperatures
  • PA12: No moisture absorption
  • High impact resistance
  • Minimal wear and tear and durable

Technical Datasheet Polymide PA12-CF

Printing guide Polymide PA12-CF

Settings 3D printing with nylon filament:

  • * Use a hardened steel nozzle, like our Zodiac- or P3-D Hercules hardened steel nozzle
  • Working Temperature 280 - 300 ° C
  • Heated bed 25 - 50 ° C (DO NOT go higher than 50 ° C)
  • Pre-dry for 8 hours at 100 ° C
  • Place the spool in the PolyBox during printing for optimal conditions
  • Use Magigoo adhesive stick or a thin layer of 3DLAC as a bed adhesion
  • Annealing: 80 ℃ 6hours
