Because the volcano nozzle has an extra long melt zone, you can achieve a high flow rate of the filament. Especially if you combine a volcano-block or super volcano-block with the volcano nozzle.

The brass Volcano nozzle performs excellently with non-abrasive filaments such as PLA, ABS, PETG, Nylon, ASA and TPU.

Due to the special shape and the low coefficient of friction, no filament residues remain on the inside of the nozzle, even with extremely long printing times. Due to this low resistance, an optimal flow is achieved that ensures the perfect extrusion and therefore an undisturbed 3D printing process
