PCTG is a co-polyester filament with excellent impact, mechanical and chemical resistance, is food compliant and flame retardant

PCTG is a strong, durable and versatile 3D printing material and outperforms PETG and ABS on almost all fronts. PCTG has excellent functional properties and prints very easily.

Printing with PCTG:

• Working Temperature: 250 - 270°C
• Heated bed: 90 - 110°C
• Bed adhesion: No
• Print speed: 40 - 60mm/sec.
• Part cooling fan: 20 - 50%
• Diameter 1.75mm
• Weight 800 grams

PCTG is our new group of advanced polyesters, which are clearly differentiated from PETG by:

• Higher shock resistance
• Higher thermal resistance
• Biobased monomer, can be recycled, FDA certified
• BPA free (Bisphenol A)
• Less odor than ABS
• Less shrinkage than ABS
• good chemical resistance

*PCTG can be moisture sensitive; Pre-dry PCTG at 70-75°C in a convection oven for 4 hours.
