Nylon PorthCurno is made from 100% recycled fishing nets and is therefore a sustainable and environmentally friendly 3D filament with unique properties.

PorthCurno is quite difficult to print. Therefore, take the following settings into account:

• Nozzle: PFTE coated nozzles increase the print quality with this filament.
• Working Temperature: 250–280 °C
• Heated bed: 80–110 °C
• Cooling fan: Off
• Printing speed: 30 - 50 mm/sec.
• Bed surface: LockPAd, mirror/glass, (PEI)
• Bed adhesive: Magigoo PA, PVA glue
• Brim: > 10 mm
• Enclosure: Yes
• Pre-drying: 5 hours at 80°C
• Design: Avoid sharp corners as they tend to warp
