PolyMide™ CoPA, Natural, Nylon 6 and Nylon 6,6 - 750 gram (0.75 KG)

PolyMide™ CoPA is based on a copolymer of Nylon 6 and Nylon 6,6. The filament combines excellent strength, toughness, and heat resistance of up to 180˚C.

Polymide prints easily thanks to the Polymaker Warp-free technology; this warp-free technology provides excellent shape retention and hardly warps. These special properties arise because the crystallization and fine structure of nylon is controlled so that the tension is released from the material before it solidifies.

Printer settings:

• Pre-dry settings: 6 hours at 70°C
• Nozzle temp.: 250 - 270°C
• Heated Bed: 25 - 50°C
• Printing speed: 30 - 50 mm/sec
• Enclosure: Print PolyMide™ CoPA doesn't need to be printed in an heated chamber/enclosure because of the Warp-Free™ Technology
• Part cooling fan: off
• Print eerst een raft
• Gebruik hechtspray of Buildtak op het printbed
• Annealing: Copa parts are stronger after annealing; 2 hours at 70°C
