Print settings:
- Nozzle temp.: 190-220°C
- Heated Bed: 25 - 70°C
- Speed: 40 - 60mm/sec.
- Cooling Fan: On
- Bed adhesion: Glass, PEI, BuildTak, 3DLAC, spray and glue
- Pre-drying: if necessary 12 hours at 50°C
Mechanical Properties:
- Charpy Impact Strength: 9.6 ±0.9 kJ/m2
- Young’s Modulus (X/Y): 1745 ± 151 MPa
- Tensile Strength (X/Y): 37.5 ± 1.7 MPa
- Bending Strength: 60.2 ± 1.6 MPa
Thermal properties:
- Heat Deflection Temperature: 57,6°C
- Glass Transition Temperature: 70˚C
- Vicat Softening Temperature: 67˚C
- Decomposition Temperature: 260˚C
Layer-Free™-technologie:
If the PolyCast print is exposed to an aerosol or alcohol in "the Nebulizer", the polymer will absorb the aerosol and transform the layers into smooth walls
Ash-Free™-technologie:
The casted part will burn off cleanly without any residue, which results in metal parts with a minimum of imperfections
