PolyFlex ™ TPU95 HF is a flexible filament, specially designed for high print speeds

"HF" stands for high flow; this high flow property results in fast print runs. PolyFlex ™ TPU95 HF also has excellent UV resistance.

Polymaker's TPU95 HF is made from the special Covestro's Addigy®️'s thermoplastic polyurethane that provides excellent flow properties, has a shore hardness of 95A and can be stretched 3 times its original length.

Due to the high print speeds and the UV resistance in combination with flexibility and user-friendliness, PolyFlex High Flow TPU95 opens the door to new applications of flexible filament in 3d printing productions.

Printing with PolyFlex ™ TPU95:

• Nozzle Temperature: 200˚C - 220˚C
• Printing Speed: 40mm / s - 100mm / s
• Bed Temperature: 25˚C - 50˚C
• Bed Surface: Glass- or PEI with 3DLAC, blue tape, BuilTak®
• Cooling Fan: ON
• Diameters: 1.75 mm / 2.85 mm
• Weight: 1KG per spool
• * Use a 3D printer with a direct drive extruder
• * Use a 3D printer that is suitable for printing flexible filaments
• * Pre-dry for 8 hours at 70 ° C
• * Use a good bed suture, such as Magigoo PA, 3DLAC or Lockpad
• * PolyFlex absorbs moisture quickly; store in an airless, resealable bag in a dry place
