Carbon filament
Carbon filament is a composite in which carbon fibers have been added to a 3D filament. Carbon has the advantage that it is both light and strong; a combination that can not be found quickly.
Often, carbon-filled filaments are more difficult to print and more of your 3D printer and knowledge is asked to do this well. But nowadays we have carbon-filled filaments that are particularly easy to print.
We offer carbon in combination with nylon PA12, PETG, polypropylene and PA HP. The nylon / PA variants in combination with carbon can sometimes act as a metal substitute.
The disadvantage is that carbon will damage the metal of your nozzle and wear away; therefore always use our Hercules nozzle, the A2 plated steel nozzle with Duraplat coating.
