E-LENE is a professional and food certified 3D filament with special properties.
Printing E-Lene Polyethyleen:
- Working Temperature 235 - 250°C
- Heated bed 30 - 60°C
- Part cooling fan: 0 - 70%
- Printing speed: 30 - 40 mm/sec.
- Use a wide brim of 10 mm
- Enclosure helps against warping
- Bed adhesion: Use a PP adhesion or a paper sticker
Properties:
- Density: 0.96 g/cm3
- Tensile modulus MPa 1450 ISO 527
- Tensile stress at Yield: 30 MPa
- Tensile strain at Yield: 7%
- Charpy impact (23°C): 4.0kJ/m2
- Charpy impact (-30°C): 4.5 kJ/m2
- Vicat softening temp.: 74 °C
- Shore hardness D 61
E-LENE is food safe and prints very well* The first layer can be tricky: Use therefor a PolyEthylene printbed surface or paper (non-permanent adhesive) sticker as a print bed surface!

You use this polyethylene filament for printing food-safe 3D prints. E-LENE has a high density, is tough, can withstand temperatures of -30 ° C and has an excellent chemical and mechanical resistance.
PE filament also has an excellent layer adhesion, which makes E-LENE an excellent all-in-one filament. E-LENE is reeled on a spool per 750 grams. This polyethylene filament is available in a diameter of 1.75 mm and in a natural color.
